Banana Stem cannot be praised enough. It's a very good Prebiotic food, all that fiber cleans out the pipes and helps get rid of kidney stones. The soluble fiber helps in cholesterol build up.

🌿 In a steamer or cooker, Steam cook 1cup diced Beetroot and 3/4 cup Banana Stem for 15mins.
🌿 Heat 2tbsp oil, add 1tsp Mustard Seeds, 1tsp Urad Dal, 1tsp Chana Dal. Saute for 30secs
🌿 Add 1/4 tsp Hing, 1" grated Ginger, 5 Green Chillies slit length wise, 2 sprigs of Curry Leaves
🌿 Add in the cooked Beetroot & Banana Stem, 2tsp Salt. (Optional - Jeera Powder, Coriander Powder)
🌿 Add 1/2 cup fresh coconut and fresh Coriander
