🌿 Moringa Leaves Stir Fry 🌿

🌿 Clean 1 bunch or approx 400gms of Nugge Soppu of branches and twigs. Soak in salted water for 2 mins and rinse thoroughly. 

🌿 Soak 1/2 cup of Toor Dal and Chana Dal (mixed) for 30 mins and cook with 1tsp salt.

🌿 Heat 2tbsp oil in a pot. Add 1tsp Mustard Seeds, 1tbsp Urad Dal, 1/2 tsp Hing, 2-3 broken dried Red Chillies, 1 Chopped Onion (optional). Saute for until urad dal turns golden or Onions turn translucent.

🌿 Add washed and chopped Nugge Soppu. Add in 1/2tsp salt, 1tsp Jaggery and 1/4 cup water. Mix well. Cover and cook for 5-7 mins.

🌿 After 5 mins, when the leaves are partially cooked, add the cooked dal. Mix well. Cover and cook for 2-3 mins.

🌿 Taste and adjust seasoning. Add in 1/2 cup freshly grated coconut (optional).
