🌿 Soak 3/4 cup Chana Dal for 3hrs. Coarsely grind it along with 3 Green Chillies and 1/2" Ginger with as little water as possible.


🌿 To the grinded mixture, add1 finely chopped Onion, 1/4 cup chopped Dil Leaves, 1/4 cup chopped Curry Leaves, 2-3 tbsp Rice Flour and 1.5 tsp Salt

🌿 Mix well. If the mixture is wet, add Besan 1tbsp at a time.

🌿 Shape into small patties and deep fry in hot oil.


🌿 Serve with coconut chutney, Ketchup if lazy 😉
