Thalipeeth

I have a basic Thalipeeth recipe Here
Today I modified it a little with veggies and Greens from my garden. It came out great albeit a little crunchy. Crunchy of good right?


Thalipeeth
1/4 cup Wheat flour
1/4 cup Jowar Flour
1/4 cup Amaranthus flour
1/4 cup Ragi Flour
1/4 cup Rice Flour
1/4 cup Besan / Chickpea Flour
1tsp Jeera
1tsp Ajwain
2tsp Salt
1tbsp Coriander Seed Powder
2 cloves garlic, chopped

VEGETABLES
1. Green chillies
2. Onions
3. Turmeric
4. Flax greens
5. Ginger
6. Spinach
7. Amaranthus Greens
8. Carrots
9. Beets

Mix all ingredients together. Make a soft dough with water.

Make roti directly on cold tava, or pat it out on but paper and transfer it into hot tava.
Cover and cook for 2-3 mins.


Serve with Homemade Curd and Dodpatre (Ajwain Leaves) Chutney or any chutney
