Mix Millet Dosa Batter
1 cup Urad Dal
3 cups Mix Millets
1 cup Rice
1/4 cup Methi Seeds
Soak everything for 8hrs. Grind it into a fine paste. It should be dosa batter consistency. Cover and keep in warm place 20°C+ temperature and let it ferment for 8-10hrs preferably overnight.
Add salt, adjust consistency and make dosa. π
